Maple Vinaigrette

Our Maple Vinaigrette is easy to make and delicious to eat! We use this dressing for both our Blueberry Pecan Salad and Pear-fect Pecan Salad, and we think it pairs best with sharp cheeses and local, in-season fruits. Enjoy!

Maple Vinaigrette


  • 1 cup avocado oil or other neutral oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 3 cranks black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt


  • Place all ingredients in food processor or blender. Blend thorougly until all ingredients are combined.
