Pear-Fect Pecan Salad
This Pear-Fect Pecan Salad is a close cousin to our delicious Blueberry Pecan Salad, so if you liked that one, we think you’re going to love our pear-based salad too!
With the onset of fall comes fall fruit, like the local pears we use in this salad. We wait until the pears are perfectly ripe, juicy and sweet–the best way to enjoy a pear. Chopped into bite-size pieces, the pear pieces pair excellently with grated Parmesan, our housemade caramelized pecans, and our maple vinaigrette.
Just like with the Blueberry Pecan salad, as long as you’ve caramelized the pecans ahead of time, you can throw this salad together at a moment’s notice. Enjoy!
